Evazote® EV45 CN

Evazote® EV45 CN, whilst having a similar density (45kg/m3) to EV50, also offers conductive performance.

Evazote® EV45 CN is a conductive, cross-linked, closed-cell foam. Zotefoam pre-compound the ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) polymer with special conductive additives, primarily carbon black, during the manufacturing process. The result is a static-dissipating, highly resilient, and chemically inert foam with a surface resistivity of 103 to 105 ohms, eliminating static charge buildup. It maintains the abrasion resistance, tear strength, and compression recovery of the other Evazote® grades.

At Polyformes, we have extensive experience supplying and converting the full range of Zotefoam materials and conductive foams. Businesses throughout the world use our solutions to protect specialist electronics, including static-sensitive components.
