Microlen PE30XFR

Microlen PE30XFR, with a medium-density of 31-39kg/m3, is the fire-rated option in the Microlen range.

Microlen PE30XFR is a flame-retardant, closed-cell cross-linked polyolefin foam. It is used in applications that require compliance with stringent international fire and flame-spread certifications (such as M1 and B1). It is preferred over standard PE30X solely for its fire-resistance, which helps prevent the rapid spread of fire. Microlen PE30XFR is popular for building insulation panels, public transportation seating cores, and protective packaging within the electronics and aerospace fields.

Navigating complex safety and regulatory standards can be challenging. But our expert team at Polyformes offers free, unbiased consultation on technical foam selection. Working closely with material suppliers and key stakeholders at your business, we supply both sheet materials and fully certified, bespoke foam products.
