The standard ConsumerBox range is manufactured from high-quality Polypropylene (PP). This material is known for its structural strength, resistance to cracking and high-quality finish. ConsumerBox are also available in 100% recycled Polypropylene (rPP) for applications requiring a more sustainable material.
Rose Plastic Consumer Boxes are 100% recyclable, being made from Polypropylene. However, as they are intended to be kept by the end consumer for long-term storage, they are frequently reused rather than treated as single-use packs.
The flat, smooth exterior surface of the ConsumerBox lid and base is designed specifically for post-production finishing. Corporate logos, text, and barcodes can be applied directly to the plastic via various printing methods. Alternatively, the surfaces can also accommodate custom adhesive labelling.
The standard ConsumerBox range is available in 21 standard colours, though custom brand matches are available (Pantone or RAL). However, they are also available in translucent or transparent finishes, providing clear product visibility on store shelves.
