Supazote® EM26

Supazote® EM26 is categorised as a lightweight, supersoft grade of material, providing a density of 26kg/m3.

A closed-cell ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer foam, Supazote® EM26, provides an exceptionally soft touch, high flexibility, outstanding cell size uniformity, and a high-friction surface. Supazote® EM26 is typically selected over standard Plastazote® or Evazote® grades for applications requiring a more responsive, tactile surface and superior comfort. As such, it is a popular choice for medical applications, high-end consumer goods, shoe components, sports equipment, and the protective packaging of fragile, scratch-sensitive items.

At Polyformes, we are an official Zotefoams®-approved fabricator. In addition to supplying sheets or buns of material in the exact size(s) you need, our in-house conversion equipment enables us to provide a range of custom foam inserts and products.
