ARPLANK 30 CO provides the same density and properties as ARPLANK 30, but with additional conductive performance.
ARPLANK 30 CO is an eco-friendly closed-cell bead foam made from expanded polyethylene (EPE) with a density of 30kg/m³. It is specifically engineered for the protective packaging of ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive goods. It features a conductive formulation for an electrical surface resistance of <105 ohms, delivering long-lasting ESD protection for more than 5 years. It provides the same impact, vibration and chemical resistance as the non-conductive material.
At Polyformes, we can supply the full range of ARPLANK materials, various conductive foams, and a huge range of alternative options. Whether you need sheet material, packaging or other foam products, we can provide a solution tailored to your exact needs.
This information is provided as a convenience to customers and reflects the results of internal tests conducted on ARPLANK 30 CO samples.
