ARPLANK 45

ARPLANK 45 is the highest density material in the ARPLANK range, at 40kg/m³.

ARPLANK 45 is a closed-cell bead foam made from expanded polyethylene (EPE). Being the heaviest-duty material in the range, it is ideal for high-performance protective packaging, offering exceptional multi-axis shock absorption, vibration dampening, and an outstanding compression set. It also contains 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, and its high structural efficiency reduces overall packaging weight and volume by 30% to 40% compared to traditional extruded foams.

At Polyformes, our team of UK experts and state-of-the-art conversion facility enable us to supply whatever foam material, products, or packaging your business needs. We are also the only official distributor of ARPLANK material in the UK.
