ARPLANK 20

ARPLANK 20 is the lightest and lowest density material in the ARPLANK range, at 20kg/m³.

ARPLANK® 20 is a closed-cell expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam suitable for protective packaging. It is typically preferred over higher-density grades like ARPLANK 30 or 45 for applications requiring lightweight cushioning for low-to-medium weight, fragile items. Alongside its excellent multi-deflection recovery characteristics—consistently returning to its original shape after repeated impacts—its low density helps ARPLANK 20 minimize overall shipping weight and material costs.

At Polyformes, we are the official (and currently only) supplier of ARPLANK material in the UK. But more importantly, our experts have extensive knowledge of the materials’ performance, enabling us to create foam packaging tailored to your specific application.
