Microlen PE35XL

Microlen PE35XL is an oversized, low-to-medium-density option in the Microlen range, with a nominal density of 32-42kg/m3.

Microlen PE35XL is an expensive, high-recovery, closed-cell, crosslinked polyolefin foam cut into massive blocks. These properties make it a yield-maximising option where large-format stamping and reliable thermal insulation are required. As such, it is preferred over standard-sized “X” grades because its broader sheet footprint dramatically lowers material scrap rates when manufacturing long or wide continuous components. Manufacturers and distributors typically use Microlen PE35XL to build automotive interior padding, lightweight acoustic insulation wall panels, and oversized protective shipping case linings.

At Polyformes, we are an official foam converter and supply sheets, buns, or material in the precise dimensions you require. Our in-house conversion equipment enables us to supply custom end caps, inserts, and other types of foam packaging.
