Evazote® VA35

Evazote® VA35 has a density of 35kg/m3 (approx. 2.2 pcf), but differs from other options in the range due to its lower vinyl acetate content.

The lower vinyl acetate content used in the manufacture of Evazote® VA35 produces a firmer, more rigid foam that performs well under heavy, abrasive applications. These attributes, combined with its non-toxic, low-odour, and hypoallergenic profile, make it well-suited to use in sports and leisure gear (such as gym mats and protective padding), medical orthotics (including supportive shoe insoles and prosthetics), marine flotation components, and industrial expansion joints and seals.

Regardless of whether you need foam for a medical application, retail product, packaging, aerospace component, or anything else, at Polyformes, we can help. Speak with our team of experts to discuss your Evazote® or other foam requirements.
